IBC Liners

TPS manufactures liners, valves and accessories for liquid and dry applications.

Our aim is to help our customers to get the most suitable combination of products for their filling, discharging, storage and supply chain requirements.

We produce EVOH, LDPE, MDPE oxygen barrier and metalised polyester bag-in-box IBC container liner bags. Over 50 different types of liners (250, 500 and 1000 litre liners) - clear for food and non-food applications, blue liners for the UK food market, barrier films for light and oxygen sensitive products, aseptic liner bags and irradiated liners.

Our capability to manufacture bespoke parts using our in-house design team also helps with manufacturing lead times and flexibility for our customers.

The range of liners we produce includes products that are country, regulation and application specific. We use the latest technology to weld the liners, valves and glands.

By manufacturing containers, parts and liners in-house and working with partners we are able to adapt more quickly to the changing needs of our customers.

We are proud to gain BRCGS certification, a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) benchmarked food safety standard.
